We'll review your application and reach out via email or phone. This is a two-way conversation — we want to answer your questions too! We'll discuss available or upcoming litters, size preferences, coat types, and help you find the best match for your family.
Deposit & Waitlist
⏱ Secures your spot immediately
Once approved, place a $500 non-refundable deposit via e-transfer (contact us for payment details). Your deposit is transferable to another litter if timing doesn't work out. You'll be placed on our waitlist in the order deposits are received.
Litter Updates
⏱ Birth through 7 weeks
Once your chosen litter is born, the fun begins! We'll send regular photo and video updates as the puppies grow. Watch them open their eyes, take their first steps, and develop their unique personalities. We share updates weekly via email and on our Facebook page.

Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about our adoption process.
Wait times vary depending on litter availability and waitlist size. Typically, the process from deposit to pickup is 3–6 months. We recommend getting on the waitlist early, as our litters tend to fill quickly. We'll keep you informed of expected timelines throughout the process.
We work with families to match puppies based on temperament and preferences. At around 5–6 weeks, we begin making matches based on our observations of each puppy's personality and your family's needs. Selection order follows waitlist position, but we always prioritize the best match for both the puppy and the family.
The $500 deposit is non-refundable, but it is transferable to a different litter if the timing or match doesn't work out. We understand that life happens, and we'll work with you to find the right fit.
We accept e-transfer (Interac) for both the deposit and final payment. Please contact us for e-transfer payment details. The remaining balance is due on pickup day.
We share regular photo and video updates of the puppies as they grow. For the health and safety of our moms and newborn puppies, we limit visits during the early weeks. As the puppies get older and approach pickup age, we can arrange a meeting. We'll discuss the best timing with you.
We strongly prefer that families pick up their puppies in person from our location near Red Deer, Alberta. This gives us a chance to meet you, go over care instructions in person, and ensure a smooth handoff. If you're travelling a significant distance, we're happy to discuss arrangements.
Yes, all puppies are spayed or neutered before going to their new homes. This is included in the purchase price and is part of our commitment to responsible breeding. All our puppies are sold as pets only — not for breeding purposes.
We have a lifetime return policy. If at any point you are unable to keep your Rose Country Labradoodle, please contact us. We will help rehome the dog or take them back. Our dogs are our family, and we want to ensure they always have a loving home.
